Senior Mining Engineer - Short/Medium Term Planning
Both your technical and leadership capabilities will be challenged here:
- Responsible for the Short to Medium Term Planning on this Open Cut Coal Mine
- Manage a Scheduling Engineer and Planning Engineer, overseeing all work and continuing their development
- As a Senior Planning Engineer you will need to have solid experience with Vulcan, but full training will be provided in Xpac
- Dragline, D&B and truck/shovel
- Residential Hunter Valley
Good sized Tech Services team and site, big enough to keep everyone busy and offer diversity.
Reporting to the Tech Services Manager who\'s role is mostly managerial (strong technical background though), you will have the autonomy to make decisions, have input into long term planning, and not feel the frustration of 27 layers of red tape...
